If upon receiving your order, you are not totally satisfied for any reason, we give you 10 days to return the product.

In order to facilitate the return we require you to contact us with an accurate description of the reasons for the return. (This does not apply to items such as jewellery, periodicals/books/magazines video/DVD recordings unless there is proof from the shipping company/courier of damage on receipt).

We agree to refund you, or to exchange products, which do not correspond to you order (defective or incorrect). Only the price of the product(s) will be refunded.

A full refund or immediate replacement will be given for products that are found to be faulty or damaged in transit (proof from shipping company/courier must be provided to be eligible).

NOTE: - you will still be liable for the postage & packing costs should you wish to cancel your order.

All goods must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase and in a resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for general sports & leisure goods returned damaged as a result of being broken in training due to excessive force, use, misuse or carelessness.

Damaged goods will need to be returned for inspection within 10 days of the initial receipt.

Training weapons should only be used against other training weapons with a similar surface, material and strength. For example, rattan cane against rattan cane, metal blunt bladed weapon against metal blunt bladed weapon and so forth.

Training equipment should only be used for the sole purpose that they have been designed, using the equipment for any other reason than its intended use will be deemed as a misuse of the product.

Handmade items may vary due to the natural material used. For example, thickness, design and weight may vary slightly due to the differing growth life and manufacture of each material used.

Please follow these guidelines to return goods:

Have in hand the invoice relating to the goods in question.

Call us and request a Returned Goods Number (RGN) on 07932 746642 between the hours of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday or e-mail us on info@eskrimador-supplies.com.

Once you have received you RGN number print it clearly on the outside of the parcel. All parcels must be returned with the postage pre-paid. We would recommend the use of a recorded delivery courier such as Royal Mail. Unless we advise you otherwise, we will not cover the return postage. Return the goods to our head office address, which will be supplied to you by us on receipt of your call.

Once we have received the goods a member of staff will contact you confirming receipt of the returned goods. An appropriate means of credit will be applied unless an exchange was requested. Unless the product has found to have been misused or damaged in any way.

Please remember to use your RGN number in any future matters on the goods in question.
