Once you have decided which products you require then all you need to do is send an International Money Order, Bankers Draft, Cheque or Postal Order (Business or Personal Cheques and Postal Orders for UK Customers Only) for the full amount including p&p in UK Pounds Sterling made payable to:

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Some orders may take longer on certain items depending on stock availability, however in most cases you will be notified of this. If you are unsure please contact us for delivery times.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD:

You can telephone your order between the hours of 9.30 am and 6.00 pm GMT on Tel: ++44 (0)7932 746642 Monday to Saturday or write to us at the address above stating which items you require along with your credit card details consisting of a card number, an expiry date, a valid from date and issue number (if required), type of card, security number, name and address of the card holder and a contact telephone number.

If items are in stock they will be dispatched within 48 hours, if they are not in stock we will contact you to advise when the items will be available.

(You will not be billed for items until they are in stock)

PAYING BY PAYPAL:

You can purchase your goods using the internet Paypal method.

Simply use the website shopping cart or alternatively you may wish to e-mail us with your order. (This is especially useful if you are buying several items, to save on post and packing costs)

We will then calculate your goods including postage and send you a Paypal invoice to your e-mail account. All you have to do is click on the PAY NOW link and follow the directions for payment using either your Paypal account or a current credit or debit card.

Once your payment is confirmed by Paypal, your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours.

If at any time an item is discovered to be out of stock after payment is received, you will be given the option of an immediate refund to the paying account.

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.

All prices are NOT inclusive of post and packing unless stated.

All prices do NOT include import taxes for orders outside the UK.

The goods will be dispatched only after receiving the appropriate remittance by Paypal, Debit or Credit Card, Telegraphic Transfer or International Money Order (Personal Cheques or Business Cheques will only be accepted from UK Customers)

All Correspondence, Orders, bank Draft, T.T., Letter of Credit, Cheques, Credit or Debit cards etc. should be in the name of 'ESKRIMADOR SUPPLIES© Only'. Payable in UK Pounds Sterling only (Credit Card purchase may be paid in your local currency, the exchange rate to UK Pounds Sterling will be done automatically by your credit card company).

No other currency other than UK Pounds Sterling will be accepted unless paying by Credit Card.

All products remain the property of 'Eskrimador Supplies' until full delivery and payment is made.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

No refunds will be issued unless proof of damage is given by the shipping company on the day of delivery.

Proof of age and / or martial arts license will be required when purchasing items from 'Eskrimador Supplies' (Over 18's only).

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR TRADE DISCOUNTS:

To qualify for a Trade Account you must contact us with proof that you are a Retailer, Club, Group or Organisation.

There are no minimum order requirements once a Trade Account has been agreed by 'Eskrimador Supplies'.
